Descriptors in bold and italics are suggested new descriptors.
SUCROSE ADDED [H0158]
BROWN SUGAR ADDED [H0361]
WHITE SUGAR ADDED
Reason:
In the present version of the LanguaL (version 2000), it is possible to indicate precisely that brown sugar was added but not that white sugar was added. In facet C. PART OF PLANT OR ANIMAL, both descriptors (BROWN SUGAR and WHITE SUGAR) exist and this should be repeated in H. TREATMENT APPLIED under SUCROSE ADDED.
LanguaL is maintained by the EuroFIR Consortium under the EU 6th Framework Food Quality and Safety Programme (Contract No. FP6-513944).
