USDA Agricultural Research Service, Nutrient Data Laboratory has suggested the inclusion of the USDA Standard Reference food classification in facet A.
The proposal specifies a slight revision of the facet A descriptors, which are narrower terms (NTs) to *PRODUCT TYPE, USA [A0289]*:
